Instructions
  1. Season lamb on both sides with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. In a non-reactive bowl, combine remainder of ingredients. Whisk or stir to combine.
  3. Coat each lamb chop in yogurt mixture, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  4. After chops have marinated, preheat outdoor grill or cast iron grill on the stove top.
  5. For outdoor: Grill chops 4 mins on each side or until preferred doneness is achieved For indoor: Turn broiler on high in oven settings. Griddle chops on med/high heat using a cast iron pan with grill grates for 2 mins each side. Transfer to oven and broil for 4-8 mins until desired doneness.
  6. Allow lamb to rest for 2 mins before digging in. Serve with your favorite middle eastern inspired sides.
